Dear Ms. Lazo:

I’m studying Computer studies at Computron Institute in La Molina; I am looking for a job. I read a job advertisement for supervisor in different areas at Atento Company. I hope you will be kind enough to answer a few questions about the job.

       

              The first thing I would like to know is whether or not the company is located in La Molina. Also, can you please tell me if I had to know use Excel program or not?.I have never work in a Call Center service, so I am very curious to find out whether I will work in Quality Area. It is important for me to ask if I will have an office for myself?.

                   I also have two questions about the schedule. Can you say for certain whether I will work in full time or part time? I also wonder if I will work five days in a week or not.

      

About payment, I would like to ask whether I will earn more or less than 1000 dollars.

               Finally, I have heard that Atento Company has the last technology, and I am wondering whether  the employees are working with laptops or not.

Abortion

                 Nowadays, there are many issues in the world as Pollution, Abortion, Same-sex marriage, Legalization of Drugs,etc.But one important issue is Abortion that is the premature interruption of pregnancy. It had increased and it is a controversial topic. When women find out that they are pregnant,they don't know what to do whit the baby because women don't have enough money, don't konw who is the father,etc. Although many people are in favor of having an abortion,I think that abortion should be penalized.

              Many people believe that abortion is a good option in the case of rape, overpopulation, and lack of knowledge at an early age.In my opinion, rape is still not a good excuse to have an abortion even though someone had suffered a terrible experience,you are still killing a human being. Moreover, mothers can have psychological problems.
Overpopulation, is not a strong reason to commit this criminal act. The world will not stop to be a better place if there is one more person in it.Teenagers are not prepared to face the consequences of having an abortion though they are young, they should have been more conscientious of their actions.

                Risk of dying, psychological problems, and physical problems are the consequences of having an abortion and I think that it shold be penalized. One reason is risk of dying because abortion is a process very painful.It is made by informal doctors  that did it only for money and they don't worry about their patient's health. Psycological problems is another reason to disagree with abortion because people suffer a trauma and in many cases, women dream with the baby and remember the criminal act, as a result there are many crazy women.Women have physical problems as sterility,spontaneous abortions, ectopic pregnancies and breast cancer. Abortion increases by 30% the risk of women developing breast cancer and it is is attributed to abnormal growth of cells in the breast that, during pregnancy, become producers of milk or die.

             In brief, abortion should be penalized because psychological problems,risky of dying and physical problems are the results of having an abortion . I recommend that women have to be responsable with their lifes and if they are pregnant must assume the consequences of their actions and not kill a human being who has no fault.

Uniforms at School

The school is a place of great importance because we consider it our second home. We know that our parents teach us the first words and values, but in school is the place to absorb knowledge that will serve us in the future. Each school has its rules and a major is to use uniform. Although there are many parents and teachers agree on use uniform , there are people who only see the disadvantages about it.

Opponents  using uniform is going against the individuality of people. Many young people express their personality through the clothes they wear . Uniforms prohibit their expression and the freedom to choose the clothes they want to use. Schools should help students to think about freedom of expression and opinion. On the contrary, some people said that wearing uniform helps students to feel identified with the school and to feel proud of where they study.Also, it helps students are not distracted by aspects of fashion because it also means spending money.

Opponents maintain that using uniform is that students feel limited because they can not make any trouble using the uniform because once people see these acts, identify and warn the school about their actions and after that there are problems.However,using uniform is to avoid discrimination because they all look the same, it helps to eliminate comparisons and social pressures and  it promotes discipline because students have to  follow school rules.

In conclusion, using uniform has its advantages and disadvantages but in my opinion, using uniform helps to be discipline,feel identify with the school and the most importantly prevents discrimination.
